Hello! Project + Anime = Stuff

Okay, so basically, I’m using te dictionary of anime to help me out here. I used to be an anime fanatic, and here’s my knowledge put to the test.

Shugo! Chara’s Amu Hinamori is awarded to… Momoko Tsugunaga.

Actually, it’s quite the other way around for Momoko here. I think because she wanted to have a good fan base, or be incredibly popular or something, she tried to act cute, so that people would like her. Yes, it worked, but ony for a while. Then, Momoko starts to realize (Buono!) she can actually use her real voice, and people will like her for who she is, or else they are not fans. Amu shares some relation to Momoko here, because she doesn’t trust the fact that real friends are people who like her for who she is, not how she acts. I guess I’m making all of this up, but to me, it really does make some sense.

Lucky Star’s Konata Izumi is awarded to… Airi Suzuki.

It’s not the anime obsession and the hidden smartness or anything, but both characters are just plain out weird. In a way, they have so much power over everything they do – from what people see of them – and what people think of their character. They also both have a cute kind of funkiness that makes random people laugh too much. To add to all of that, both characters do some weird dancing around and like to play games.

The Melancholy Of Haruhi Suzumiya’s Haruhi Suzumiya is awarded to… Reina Tanaka.

ha reina

I have no idea why I just did that. Why did I just put Reina as Haruhi? It makes no sense whatsoever. Actually, maube a little bit. Haruhi is solemn at first sights, but when she really opens herself up, she’s a fun, enjoyable charater with a sarcastic but loveable personality. It exaggerates a bit for Reina, but it works in the slightest way.

Ultra Maniac’s Nina Sakura is awarded to… Koharu Kusumi.

I was also going to put her as Kirari Tsukishima, but I changed my mind. It’s not really an excellent match in any way – Kirari is careless and lucky – but Koharu has nowhere near the amount of luck Kirari has (becoming an famous idol in a week, no one having a grudge against Kirari, no haters of any sort), and Koharu just isn’t as bubbly and excited. It’s a good thing, because Koharu has a child inside her, and isn’t so grown up and mature like Ai Takahashi. That’s also whjat I like about Risa Niigaki. Nina Sakura is really hyper, but has a sad side, too. A caring, loving person, Nina is most definitely Koharu.

DiGi Charat’s Digiko is awarded to… Chinami Tokunaga.

Chinami has this stubborn but cute side to her, and has a short temper, like Digiko. Even though Digiko is a particularly nasty girl at times, her kind times match up with Chinami’s. Bubbly, cute, and foolish sometimes.

Cardcaptor Sakura’s Sakura Kinomoto is awarded to… Yuuka Maeda.

Yuuka is funny and bouncy, just like Sakura. It’s like Sakura was made because of Yuuka, because they’re both free and independent, and have high pitched voices. They like pink and white, cherry blossoms, you name it. Yuuka is even carefree and careless, like Sakura. I couldn’t find a better match.
